Sonoma Nail Art 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Jelly Sandwich

I have been LOVING jelly sandwiches lately!!! Here is one of my favorites of all time! I did 3 layers of OPI Don't Touch My Tutu and then 1 layer of Sonoma Nail Art 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and then another layer of Don't Touch My Tutu over it again. :) Sonoma 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is one of the easiest glitters I have ever worked with! I didn't have to place any glitter and it went on smooth as butter. This polish is a must have!

I purchased the glitter on etsy and here is the shop link Sonoma Nail Art. I was also lucky enough to pick up Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and I'll post on that one soon too. :)

Finger Paints New Neon Color Swatches

Let me start by saying that these colors are the hardest to photograph! I tried my best to get them as close as I could in a short amount of time I had today. :) I am missing 2 from the collection and hope to get those added soon! I'm going to another Sally's to try and find them. All of the pictures were taken with no base coat and no top coat. I used 2 coats for each polish. Overall, they applied very nice.

15 minutes of frame is one of my favorites from the collection! It has a bit more green undertone that wouldn't show up in pictures for me no matter what the lighting was. It's a bright bright minty green and soooo easy to work with!
Inkbot blue is a bright blue! This one stood out the least to me for some reason. I will probably use it with some sort of glitter to spice it up. ;)

Pop art purple is a neon purple that has a bit more neon purple pigment to it than the picture is showing.

Silkscreen Green is a bright neon green. Just like the others it's much more neon than it's showing. This one is pretty close to a neon highlighter green. :)

The camera wasn't able to capture how NEON this color truly is. When you think neon highlighter pink that is an accurate description of this polish.

I will try and get the other 2 and add it to this post once I have them. :) These are definitely worth checking out if you are looking for some fun neons!

Until next time...

Ludurana Emocionante & swap from BRAZIL!

Oh my goodness!!!! I just had an epic swap with an amazing lady from Brazil!!!! It was so much fun and I got some gorgeous polishes that we cannot get here in the US. :)

I had a REALLY hard time deciding which to try first, but one really stuck out when I umpackaged them so I grabbed it! The lucky winner was Ludurana Emocionante!!! I took Wet N Wild Black Creme and layered Ludurana Emocionante over it. Both 1 coat.

This polish shifts from a blue, purple, orange, and pink! It is pure awesomeness! :)

This is what it looks like out of the light.

This is what happens when it sees the sun! SWOON!

I'm so excited about this polish and can't wait to try the rest! Be on the lookout for more amazing Brazil polish swatches. :D

OPI Pedal Faster Suzi!

Wow! I have been slacking! I fully intend on updating much more than I have been! ;-) Between the kids getting sick and being my household taxi cab for my girls I kept pushing it off until today when I was taking care of my naked nails. I decided to use a polish from my OPI Holland Collection (I had to get them all when I had the chance!) called Pedal Faster Suzi! and wow! I'm in love!

It's a gorgeous light bubblegum pink with a fine silver shimmer. Pictures do not do this polish justice, but they never really do!

This one shows the amazing shimmer!

This one is more for color. Excuse my cuticles they have been so dry and I peeled the skin on 1 finger. :(

If you don't have this one you should! This is a perfect pink for spring.

Until next time!

XOXO

Hello Everyone!!!

I am so excited to get blogging about POLISH!!! :D My friend Jamie over at Nails Adored opened my eyes to the nail polish community a few months ago and it was love at first sight for me! I'm Jacqueline and I stay at home with my 4 adorable princesses ages 5,4,2, and 1.

Well let's get onto my first mani!!! I ordered from Cult Nails not too long ago and I picked up My kind of cool aid and let me tell you it's BEAUTIFUL!!!! It has to be one of my most favorite polishes I have in my collection (which is almost at 200! YAY!). The formula, colors, and subtle silver glitter is all so perfect! Everytime I put it on I always think about different stamps I want to try so I gave it a go today and here is what I came up with.

I used Cult Nails My kind of cool aid for the base and stamped (red angel plate RA109) using Wet N Wild Fast Dry Ebony hates chris.

I plan on updating very frequently so be on the lookout for more from me! ;)
